Subj : Debugging examples in 4.52 on XP

I'm trying to debug some of the out of the box examples from Borland 4.52 on XP but to no avail.  When I do a build all I can build them I get messages indicating the following dll is not found (cw3215.dll).  I can see that that dll is in my C:\BC45\BIN directory so what gives?
