Hello,

Although Borland C++ 4.5x products are now very old, they can run under
WinXP. The user interface will look outdated, you may need to
run it in a compatibility mode, but there are no major problems.


You may also be interested in upgrading the OWL 2.0 application
to be built with a more recent compiler - check the OWLNext site and
this article:
