Look at the path. You can see it by giving the command path Now find where bwcc.dll is. If a 32 bit application then bwcc32.dll dir /s \bwcc.dll If it is not in the path then Windows will not find it. Move it to someplace in the path. move {current location}\bwcc.dll {new location}\. ..
