There is no version 6.0 of Borland C++ (the subject of this newsgroup
and the reason for its 'borlandcpp' name).

I assume that you are asking about C++ Builder version 6.  Look for
newsgroups with the word 'cppbuilder' in their name.  For example:

  borland.public.cppbuilder.ide
