The reviews section on http://www.accu.org/ is always a good place to look
for determining if a book is worth its money.

Apart from the suggestion you've already got, the following two can be
recommended:

Searching for "standard template library" at Amazon, I got ~15 items.
I can recommend:

The STL Tutorial and Reference Guide (Stepanov et al., including TeamB's
   Gillmer Derge)
Effective STL (Meyers)
Generic Programming and the STL (Austern)
