I don't want to have to redesign the wheel, so here is what I have and need.

I have a Wurlitzer Organ, a computer running Windows98, and an RS-422 card
that has both input and output control to a series of boards that are made
by a company that no longer exists.  Devtronix.  I am going to be designing
a software interface from scratch using Borland C++.

I have the ability to track the input keystrokes from the organ console, and
send output to the instrument itself via the individual relay boards from
the computer using the RS-422 interface card.

What I need is to build upon existing libraries, and if there is any code
available that I could use, it would be greatly appreciated.  I will be
greatful for help or suggestions as how to go about this project as a whole
or in part.
