Thanks.  This solved my problem.

I'm not sure if this is a limitation of me or Outlook Express, but I haven't
been too successful at perusing the groups.  Messages seem to come and go
somewhat randomly.  Is there a better way to access the newsgroups, like
through the Borland website?  And are there archives somewhere?
