No, there is no practical way to convert COFF format object files to
OMF format.

Coff2omf.exe is a utility that comes with C++ Builder but you've
posted your question here in the newsgroup for the old Borland C++
compiler.  Look for newsgroups with the word 'cppbuilder' in their
name.
