Ok, Ed, I guess you have a point. I checked on the original package
and it was called Together/C++ back then - forgot about the slash.

Actually, old fogey that I am, I still use this package almost every
day. Never really liked Builder all that much, and Builder never
included many of the tools included with BC++.
