I got an application (exe) that has been developped by another person
under C++ Builder. I would like to execute it. It requires the
vcl60.pbl. I downloaded it somewhere on the internet. But it does not
seem to be a valid dll.
What are those .pbl files ? How to install them for deployment of an
application ?
