Subj : Re: fstream arrays To : borland.public.cpp.borlandcpp From : "D Kat" Date : Thu Mar 11 2004 11:37 am Sorry. My newsgroup at home will not keep messages for more than one day so I often miss posts until some time has gone by and I can find them elsewhere. I have kept the previous information in because I thought the history was necessary. I really do know better and I appologize for not being more deligent. To keep things short I will respond here to another post. The first thing I ALWAYS check on any odd behavior is the array buffers. I am certain without question that they are not longer than they should be. I step through the program and inspect any buffer that I am using. This is not a buffer overwrite truly. You have convinced me that I should use the copy of Borland 4.5 (I have just always like 3.0 and had had problems with 4.5........ Again, thank you for the help. If I discover anything on this issue I will post it because it does strike me as something that should not happen but most clearly does with my particular configuration. DKat for the last versions of Borland C++ (starting at 4.5). > > Cf. http://www.tietovayla.fi/BORLAND/misc/coguard.htm (this is not an > official Borland site). .
