Yes, I see that now by the bpr mention, that is the case.

Didn't the VCL change alot after builder3, or was it after builder2?
Anyway this is a builder question, eh? You probably should install a
version of builder and go with that. Check with the builder group(s).

You "might" be able to get things working with borland 4.5, but, yes,
that is before builder (or at most concurrent with builder 1.0).

Is the source for all the plot components available?
