Coplies of BC 4.5x are for sale on eBay fairly regularly,
sometimes the seller indicates it is 4.52, sometiems
the seller does not know about sub-version numbers.

Somewhere I have 3.5" HD disks for BC 4.0 and for
4.02 IIRC -- but on the HD here I've just plopped
all the install files into a single directory,
and that's for 4.02 only.   I think the floppies
are buried pretty deep.  Can't you get a disk
image from Borland?
