Subj : Borland C++ Database with XP

Hi,

I have two database applications, which were using Borland C++, 
worked  fine with Windows 98 and 2000, however, they got trouble
to run under XP professional with error message:

 "An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland
Database Engine (error $3E06)"

The Database is Sybase SQL AnyWhere 5.0, Borland C++ Builder is
Version 3.0 with ODBC Interface to Database.

I am wondering if anyone has a solution to the problem.
