Subj : The Borland C dashboard when installing

Any idea who's idea it was to have that 'drivers view' of a dashboard
and speedometer to indicate install progess?

I had to reinstall a copy of BC 5.02 recently and there it was again,
it may not be as slick as some installers but it was quite cool.

Anyway, just mentioning.  BC 5.02 was/is an excellent compiler, so was
BC 3.1 too.
