Subj : Error - "unable to terminate process : access denied"

I am getting a "unable to terminate process : access denied" when I am
trying to " program reset" prior to a running a simple program in borland
c++ builder 6.0.

I saved the program. When ever I reopen and run I have the same problem. I
cannot run and get the same message when I try to reset.
