Wrong newsgroup.  This newsgroup is for the old Borland C++ compiler.  C++
Builder newsgroups all have the word 'cppbuilder' in their name.  Please ask
your C++ Builder questions in a newsgroup related to that compiler.  For
instance: borland.public.cppbuilder.commandlinetools
