As I said in my reply to you on Nov 6, you are in the wrong newsgroup.  You
are not in the group for the old Borland C++ compiler from 1997, but are
asking about C++ Builder.  The newsgroups where the compiler you are using
is covered all have the word 'cppbuilder' in their name.  For instance,
borland.public.cppbuilder.commandlinetools

Either of coff2omf.exe or implib.exe can create the import library.  Try
using implib.  The command might look like this:

  implib  -c  c:\java\1421\bin\jvm.LIB  c:\java\1421\bin\jvm.DLL

 Please use a C++ Builder newsgroup for your questions about C++ Builder.
