BTW
I dont agree with that, a patch it's not a modified version, it just
the modifications (but no the version),  a patch for itself cann't do
anything,
so you are no distribuiting a modified version. And also, the final
responsability
remain in the user who uses the patch (and not in the patch maker).
(it remains me similar concepts applied to Napster and Gun Makers:
Napster people told: we make the tool, not the piracy,
Gun Makers: we make the guns but no are responsabibles for what people are
doing with them :-)
where is the true ? )
