Subj : Borland cpp OWL

Hi,
    I have been given an executable for an old utility by one of our 
engineers, when it runs all I get is the error message "ObjectWindows 
Exception" "GDI file read failure". There were no other files with this 
utility, 

I'm think it was written using Borland C++ with OWL? it has "Borland C++ - 
Copyright 1995 Borland Intl" in the EXE file.

Has anybody got any idea if it's not working because it's missing some 
library files? where would I find those files?
