Two things you can try.

1-
Place bwcc.dll in a directory that is in the path.  You can see the path if
you open a console window and give the command

   path

A place where it might be found is, depending upon the machine, either in
c:\winnt\system32 or c:\windows\system32

2-
Place bwcc.dll in the same directory as the program.
