You asked a question here, in the group for the old Borland C++ compiler and
I answered it in a manner that applied to that compiler.

What you have downloaded is the command line tools from the commercial
release of C++ Builder version 5.  C++ Builder does not have the utility
tdstrip.exe.  I know of no facilities for stripping comment records from
object files in C++ Builder.

Please ask C++ Builder questions in a C++ Builder newsgroup, a group with
the word 'cppbuilder' in the name.
