Wrong newsgroup.  You are asking about C++ Builder in a newsgroup for the
old Borland C++ compiler.  Newsgroups for C++ Builder have the word
'cppbuilder' in their name.  Look at your news reader's list of groups on
this server, newsgroups.borland.com, to see those which are available.
