Wrong newsgroup.  You are asking about C++ Builder but have posted in a
newsgroup for the old Borland C++ compiler.  C++ Builder newsgroups have the
word 'cppbuilder' in their name.  You should be able to see a list of the
C++ Builder newsgroups on this server in your news reader or you can find a
list on Borland's newsgroups page.
