Am I even asking the right group?

I have two questions . . .

1) I can’t get “breakpoints” to work. DEBUG|BREAKPOINT, and the program is supposed to stop at that line, so you can check the variables - but it doesn’t. What’s going on?

2) How can I search for a line number in my IDE?
