Resource Workshop is automatically started when you double click on the *.RC
file name in the project manager in the Borland C++ IDE.

If you do not have a *.RC file in the project, move to the project window,
click on the EXE or DLL name to highlight it and press the Insert key.  A
dialog will open in which you can enter the name of the *.RC file that you
wish to create and it will be set as part of the project.
