I want to create and incorporate dialog boxes into my programs. 
The help that is provided however is very vague, although it 
does refer to “Borland's Resource Workshop or any other resource 
editor” that I can use to create dialog box resources and bind 
them to my application. Where is this? Please help me get 
started.
