Subj : "Winoldap" after compiled and linked the source code

I am using Borland c++ 5.0 in win98 and winme.
After compiled and linked the source code, a "winoldap" application  is
stacked over again and again for each compiling process. It can be viewed by
pressing the "ctrl-alt-del" . It cannot be released until and close it
manually.
Why? and How to solve it?
