What does "mix C++ with HTML" mean?  Display C++ source code on a web
page but putting it into HTML source?  Write a C++ program that reads
HTML files and does something with them?  Print a few pages of C++
source code and a few pages of HTML source code and shuffle the pages
together?

The answer to all of the above is yes.  If you had something more
specific in mind, post again and use more words.
