Hi,

I need a C-programmer to take a C-program that was written for me a few
years ago and create a DLL with it that I can call from my Delphi program.
The code is very short and just manipulates a custom graphics file to return
a bitmap handle.  It's only about 25 lines of code.  One-time project, price
negotiable.
