Borland C++ was an earlier product line, which began life in the late 1980s or early 1990s and which ended with version 5.02 in 1997. It could indeed target DOS or Win16, as well as Win32 in later versions. Borland C++ Builder is a different product line which began with version 1 in 1997 and which can only create Win32 applications. -- Wayne A.
