new to borland c++ v5.5 and using it to develop win32 api (not mfc or owl)
apps and want to use the latest msft headers and libraries so i can utilize
all api's, including new additions.

if this is possible (easy as setting the include and library compiler
switches correctly??) i would appreciate any feedback from someone who has
gone through the same setup.
