That's an obsolete product. From our experience I would say that if you are up to speed with MFC and the MS style IDE then stick with it. OTOH if you are just starting Windows programming then you would be well advised to check out Builder. What it comes down to is the learning curve. VS's learning curves are often veritable cliff faces whereas Builder's are generally just a minor bump in the landscape.
