Has anyone been able to link C++ codes provided with Michael Barr's
book, Programming Embedded System in C & C++?
He provided his own startup code for Intel 80188EB processor, but
I have not been able to link it with other C++ source files he provided
in the book.

Even a simplest C++ program that I wrote can not be linked with this
startup code.
Can anybody help me on this?
I used Borland C++ 4.52 for compile/link.
