Hi.

I am building an app using BC5.02 (and OWL 5).
The app currently has a help file that is in Windows .hlp format.

However, the people who are writing and maintaining the help file want to
use the new Windows' format, HTML Help and compiled .chm files.

I can access .hlp files by calling TWindow::WinHelp.
How can I access and process .chm files?
