A symbol does not have to be declared to be
defined. (The original Q is about 'undefined
symbol'.) As you have pointed out:
"When a symbol is used that is not an inherent
part of the language then it must be defined.",
so I am just showing another way to please the
compliler by #defining the symbol. Boba
