Hi all,

How do I track CPU usage from within an application. I need to adjust the
number of times I update the screen per second based on CPU usage. This can
vary considerably depending on the graphics card installed.

Is there a component or class I can access for this info? Preferably, I'd
receive the information in the form of percentage... like the way it is
described in task manager.

Oh yes, I'm running Win 2k with Borland Builder 6.0.
