Having your own Usenet groups created is a PITA. I wouldn't suggest the 
attempt. However -- if you would like to pull the alt.bbs*.* stuff into your 
BBS (as opposed to trying to get your BBS message bases in as usenet forums 
as you just asked) then in c:\sbbs\ctrl\ there should be a newslink.cfg file 
you can edit to do that.
