Yup. SBBS is almost a "mini-ISP". :)  There's the telnet BBS part, FTP 
server, IRC chat client, SMTP/POP server/client and more.

I ran Desqview and QEMM with Dos for years. Oh... the memories! :)

With the BAJA script language, you can probably save some of the 
Proboard stuff and use it with SBBS. The message base would probably be 
a loss, but other aspects might be saved.

Try MTelnet from "http://ozone.eesc.com/". It works better than the 
Windows telnet client.
