Yes. It also does a WHOLE LOT MORE.

You can also (if your willing to take the time) completely clone your old BBS 
into a synchronet shell.

Message areas can be creatively imported via FTN if you know what your doing.

But i doubt you'll be able to retain your old userbase.

I switched from Mystic to SBBS and aside from some of its cool new features, 
looks about 98% the same as it did before.

Baja is a bitch. But taking an exsisting shell and customizing it is ALOT 
easier to figure out than from scratch.

I'd start with the Renegade Shell cuz its easiest to understand.
