Hi all,

I'm new at this so my questions will be very basic.  If I'm not in the
right newsgroup, maybe you can point me to where I need to go.

Here's what I want to do:
-create a mailing list, much like Yahoo Groups
-have an autoresponder which sends out responses based
on certain keywords found in text (i.e. in msg body, if
text "abc" occurs, reply to sender with "xyz")

First, is there a site that already has these features?  Yahoo Groups,
MSN Groups, Topica doesn't.

or, if not, then

Second, is it possible to do this on one of the many free,
ad-supported webservers, to which I obviously won't have root
privileges.
