Subj : Good Simple Telnet BBS Software?

I am looking to set up a good and simple text based BBS with a telnet
only connection to run from my home pc's Cable connection. Ascii
display and 40 or 80 column.

I am particularly interested in something that will allow easy telnet
connection from my Hiptop using the Terminal Monkey! telnet software
that I have installed. (Hiptop AKA Tmobile Sidekick)

Any recommendations?
