Ports beloe 1024 are usally considered "system ports" on *nix systems.
They're used by system protocols like web servers, POP3, SMTP, FTP, etc.
For the recrod, port 202 is usally used for Appletalk.

Try setting the port to a number above 1024. Your ISP may be blocking
ports below this rang to prevent residencial customers from running
servers.

At least this is my guess since you can connect to it via a local IP, and
not your external IP.
