After thinking back and doing a bit of record checking( what's left of
them), the person who cashed the check was prosecuted by the post
office (I only pay with postal money orders back then) . The post
office wouldn't tell me who it was. It wasn't you, I'm sorry for my
comments.
  It was in 97 this took place. between roughly 96 & 97 I've sent out
many door registrations without any returns. I did send out follow ups
for some of them without replies. Being burnt that many times I stuck
with freeware and a few cracked doors. 

 The doors on my board now are registered to me, under different
boards that were all mine.
               The Rockdale dump
                The Crypt
                The Lost Crypt.
                And soon Acid-X

  It I knew you would take it so poorly I would had responded
differently or not at all. All you seen is my fustigation of those
days. 

Also that door had the crack bundled up with it when I found it on
another board. You may wish to look in the file areas for such copies
of that door.
