I attempted to reply to your message about my attempt to post to your
newsgroup.

As I thought, the email bounced.

I did not intend to violate your newsgroup charter.

For that, I apologize.  It will not happen again.

As for the message you sent to abuse@earthlink.net and postmaster@upc, I do
not believe that my post met the specific criteria you mentioned to cause it
to be invalid for your newsgroup.  But, it is your newsgroup so it is your
right to decline it.

I do believe it would have been more professional to contact me directly
(via my email address - which is valid and will not bounce) than to attempt
to slander me electronically.

Again, I apologize for my charter violation, real or perceived.
