	I already have the dialup line. I have had it the whole time
snce I moved into my apartment in September. I only pay $10 for it vs
the $65 for a static IP address DSL package. My old ISP only charged
me $18.95 per month.

	as I explained above in Connecticut that is not true. I would
be paying about half the rate per month. Being on Disability, I cannot
justify the cost.

	If My nearest hub uses AT&T Unlimited then its as good as a
local phone call. But then again, I am unsure if his dialup line is
still active. I will query and find this out.

	Far from it. Right now that the Spammers are plowing me under
in lewd and crude mail. I rather send a simple message to the
internet world. You want my money? You illegalize Spam mail. In this
case, I mean unsolicited mass mailings.
	October is not here yet so for now people have no immediate
need to panic.
