So major in fact, that you can't tell us which one because if you did -- 
seeing as you are completely full of shit -- the program in question would

It is so legal in fact, that you can't even provide any links to government 
sites that state this legality, nor explain why it is legal and not illegal. 
Which basically means that by pleading the 5th in this mater -- more than 
likely -- your program is yet another scam.

 If you were sorry you wouldn't have posted it here in the first place. Maybe 
one of these days you will realize that pissing off your potential customers 
is NOT a good sales tactic.

Let me clue you in on what SHOULD be comon sense to you yet apparently isnt.

#1 - Pissing off your potential customers means $0 profit.
#2 - Non-intrusive ads are effective where as brute force in your face
     ads are not.
#3 - Posting in usenet off topic pisses people off. This is for BULLETIN 
     BOARD SYSTEM Ads. Get rich quick scams have nothing to do with BBS's.
#4 - Please also do not try pretending to be on topic with "I heard about 
     this on a BBS the other day..." ... people have tried and failed with 
     that one. I guarentee you won't have any luck with it either.
#5 - Spamming can get your dumb ass server side filtered, black listed on
     DNSBL's and your Internet Account shut down. If this program was just
     sssooooooo legit you'd pay for ethical and legitimate advertising for
     it.

Now that you've proven that you are an idiot, please never return again.
