     Hey everyone, I have a unique ethernet setup that can only go to IP
     addresses and not URLS's and wondered if there was BBS out there that I
     could ping from to find the changing location of other BBS's?  Naturally I
     would like this BBS to have a stable IP so I don't have to hunt that one
     down as well.

     Whatever BBS can offer me this service will have my faithful calls and
     appreciation.  :)
