Subj : What BBS Software is still available out there these days?

Hey guys, I know this is probably not the right newsgroup for
this question, but who better than a bunch of SysOps should I
ask?

 ...My question, as stated in the subject, is simply what BBS
software is still available these days? I'm looking for a
"upgrade" to something Windows based and I know about Synchronet
and Worldgroup, but are there any others out there? (Worldgroup's
too damn expensive to upgrade from and I'd like some options
before I go with Synchronet just because it's the only one I
could find, though it's definitely got the right price....)
