I don't know why anyone would be just dialup because dialup appears to be 
long since dead. tcp/ip i can help you with but if its dialup, i'd need to be 
familar with your software but i'm not. so sorry i wont be able to help you 
there.

telnet would allow anyone anywhere to connect to your bbs from anywhere in 
the world. i dunno why you'd wanna go dialup. if the dialup scene is dead in 
the USA i can't see it being too much better elsewhere. but one never knows i 
could be wrong.
